What is the delivery time for my order?

We aim to ship your order within 1 working day. It is also possible to collect your order in our store in Eindhoven.

During the clearance sale it may be possible that your order will be delayed due to crowds, so please take into account a delivery time of 1 to 2 working days during the clearance sale.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within the Netherlands is free from €99.00. For orders below €99.00 we ask for a contribution of €6.95. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code via PostNL

I want to exchange or cancel my order

At ConceptR you can exchange or return the items purchased online from us within 14 days, starting from the day of receipt. You can exchange or return the item in the original packaging, including a completed return form and attached invoice/receipt.

We only accept undamaged and unworn items (this does not include trying on items), with original tags and tags.

Please note: risk and costs regarding returns are at your own expense.

\We do not charge postage to resend your order to you if you wish to exchange an item.

Exchange/Return in our store

You can also exchange and/or return products that you buy in our online shop in our store in Eindhoven within 14 days. Our employees are happy to help you choose a new or replacement item, or will work with you to find a suitable solution. any complaint.

Refund

When we have received your return shipment, the amount due will be refunded to your bank or giro account within 10 working days. If you return items to our store, we ask you to complete a returns form. (It is not possible to receive the amount in cash in stores; the amount owed by us will be deposited into your bank/giro account, credit card or Paypal account within 10 working days.)

How can I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel your order, we request that you contact us by telephone as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel it.
